I have Poser 8 and I've been trying to make a movie. Is there a way I can convert animations directly to WMV?

I'm aiming to make a 3 minute and 23 second video in all and have 30 seconds done but it's time consuming because I've been saving each render and having to upload and sequence it all by hand in Windows Movie Maker. I feel extremely stupid for doing things this way but I don't see any other way and I'm beginning to get frustrated with it. Especially when I see animations done with Maya in 20 hours that are far more complex. Also if anyone has any suggestions for how to get 3D backgrounds and objects to align proportionally with characters that would be extremely helpful to. Thank you. :)(:
