Do you think couples who have lots of babies are seen in a negative light these days?

Do you see couples with lots of babies as selfish and uncaring about the state of the world today? I think in previous times, if you met someone who had over four children, you would have patted them on the back and said, "Well done," or something like that; it would have been seen as an achievement. But in today's overpopulated world, you're more likely to say, "You selfish uncaring douche-bag; how can you breed so recklessly when the world is literally choking to death on humanity?" right?
