How do I go on Disney Channel?

Ok I love Disne Channel.and always wanted to be in it I'm a good singer. But I never acted I always wanted to be in actng classes but don't know if their is anything in Barstow CA.but I don't Think I'll ever live my dream and my mom don't have enough money to go to virginia cus they were holding auditions there and I can't go cus it's across the united states I live in Barstow CA it will be a waste of time if I go there and not be a disney channel star and my mom will be pissed I don't know what to do what if I don't make it. I wish I can b a Disney channel star but my life is complicated pleas help
