My fiancee wont answer my phone calls or texts even though she knows im in the hospital?

She has been talking and texting with her friends, I know because the phone is under my name and I have access to the call history online, she ignored my calls since sunday and now I'm in the hospital for something that might be serious and she still ignores me, besides the other issue that we have I feel like leaving her because I don't feel like I have her support anymore and she ignoring me while I'm in the hospital, I find it disrespectful and uncaring
