Can you help me upload a YouTube video?

I don't know why my video is not uploading. My video is 5MB, 30sec long and in .wmv format but it won't upload. I have also tried .mp4 and .mpg format. It comes up with this message "An unknown error occurred". So what should I do? The fastest answer that works gets 10 points!
