To upload my vid to youtube I was told to publish it to an avi, mpeg, or wmv file, how do I do this?I know ...?

where publish is but when I get to choose your setting do I leave it as 'best qualtiy on MY computer' or change it to more setting? the only one I see with any of the above is : DV-ANTI(NTSC) . It has AVI.
