Open casting call help!?
When you go to an audition, you want to make a good impression, so wear something nice. What you wear should be comfortable above all else, though, as you'll be singing, acting, and maybe even dancing. (It depends on the show. Usually, they'll tell you ahead of time if you're dancing, though.) You should definitely prepare a song, and it might be a good idea to include your resume, just in case they might want to look at it. To be safe, arrive about ten minutes before nine. As for acting, it depends. If you can, get a copy of the script and practice the lines not just for the character you're auditioning for, but some other characters as well. Depending on the theatre, they might want you to have a monologue prepared. Hope that helped. :)
