you need to talk to her about this again. You're right she doesn't seem very interested. If she was then she would have time for you and your relationship as well as time with her friends, hobbies etc. Tell her that you want to be with her, that you miss her etc but say that it can't go on like this. Either she wants to be with you or she doesn't. If she says she does want to be with you then she needs to agree to at least give you the same priority as her friends, otherwise how is it a relationship at all? not seeing her in 3 months?? that's a bit ridiculous if shes had time for friends and movies and such during that time. Otherwise maybe you just need to cut your losses and move on, maybe she didn't have the heart or guts to actually break up with you and shes trying to get you to break up with her or hope you just get the hint and stop contacting her altogether?
