More help with modeling?

I need to figure out how much an agent would cost or where I can find an agent! And also wat should I where to the auditions? Btw I need an agent who is kid friendly Bcuz I am only 11. Also wht do you do at the meetings? And wht happened if you get rejected or if you get excepted? Plz tell me all the extra info on modeling!!!
