If I burn a cd, what format does it have to be to burn it to my Xbox?

I tried burning CDs, and then onto my Xbox, the CDs work, but it wont let me burn the TO my Xbox. When I say "format" I mean WMV and MP3.. not to clear the CD.. which one will let me burn it to my xbox?
