How can i make audition for tv programs?

I'm Brazilian, and i'm 14 years old, but as soon as i start is better, my dream is to be an actress and you may think that i'm silly girl that wants to be on TV like everyoneelse but i am talented, i think, because my friends say that i'm really good, ( they're not lying ) because i can imitate,impersonate people from movies,tv , people that i know really perfectly and easly, i know acting is not doing this, but is part of this, i never done drama classes, i sing too i love to sing, my friends said that i have to be singer, it's difficult for me because i live in Brazil, i can make an audition on USA, but i have to know where and when! problably in LA
