Can embedded WMP display a pic or become invisible after its done playing?

I know with flash this is easy but noticed my clients network solutions site streams .wmv 's and the quality is slightly better. So I need to have a video play onLoad and then when done I either need the player gone, invisible, or stuck on last frame of video or a pic there over the player spot - any help appreciated!!!
